Well it's Summer there... so t-shirts are in demand... and it's a big country... if they all chip in together they get free shipping...

They don't list every country, but say "Spreadshirt delivers overseas"... There isn't a listing for Columbia; closest is Mexico:

I believe they can deliver to Columbia, but don't know for sure.
