Hello from Holland

Hello everybody,

I'm Robert from the Netherlands.

My history with Damien:
The first time I saw Damien playing was on Lowlands Festival (NL) in 2007. The "real Damien addiction" kicked in the monhs afterwards when I was listening to his CD's in my car for hours at a stretch.

in 2012, when I became a serious addict to his music, I promised myself to go to the most of his gigs as possible. So in 2012 I went to Gent Jazz Festival (BE), in 2013 to Best Kept Secret festival (NL) and a few months ago to Winterthur music festival (CZ).

As I'm from Holland I was really pleased to see that the tour for his new album came to Amsterdam. But by the time I want to buy tickets for his gig (5 mins after the start of the sale) it was sold out. So I decided to go to the Palladium in London (today in a week). To see it from the positive side: Now it's still in the future..

I didn't know about this forum until af few weeks ago and today is the first time i really took time to overlook it; information overload! I don't have a lot of time this weekend but afterwards I can burrow myself in all the information this forum has for me (thanks for that).
