Tickets on sale: Friday, May 19 @ 10am (local time)
*Chicago will go on sale at 12pm (local time)

Tickets are only offered in groups of 4 for the artist presale of the Los Angeles concert.
Absolutely baffling. There were great seats in the first few rows, but I am going by myself and not going to buy 3 extra tickets to have to resell later...

Guess I will try my luck at the next presale.

It looks it was very complicated to buy tickets at the presale !
That's weird to offered only the possibility to buy 4 tickets...

Sorry for the technical issues that you may have experienced during the pre-sale for shows on Tuesday,
which was out of our control.
Each venue has issued an explanation and an apology for this,
and at our request have put the following in place:

Brooklyn & Chicago
Due to ticket-server overload issues,
the venues said they will contact each purchaser by email to offer a refund of the booking fees for the hassles experienced.

Los Angeles
For those who experienced the compulsory purchase of 4 tickets for the Los Angeles show,

the venue will be in touch to offer a full refund for any unwanted tickets, along with a refund in booking fees.

PLEASE NOTE
All pre-sale tickets are sold out.
All tickets purchased so far are still valid.
We have delayed the General On-Sale date until 02 June while the issues are being resolved.

In the meantime, we will add an extra Los Angeles show and send information about the pre-sale,
along with a and a new code, to those on this mailing list over the next few days.

Tickets on sale to the public Friday, June 2nd, at 10am CST.

Jam presents Damien Rice. Damien has just added four shows in the U.S. including one night at the Auditorium Theatre on Friday, December 1, which will be his first Chicago performance in eight years and his only Midwest performance in 2023.
Damien Rice was born in Ireland, and his first album 'o' was recorded at home and self-released in Ireland. Numerous tours followed, along with two more albums '9' and 'My Favourite Faded Fantasy'. Having the unconventional tendency to prefer walking on stage with no setlist, Rice also prefers to travel by sailboat rather than by tour bus, and is planning a sailboat-tour in the Mediterranean in the summer of 2023.
Having recently completed a sold-out tour in Europe, he is currently on tour in Australia with a string of dates across South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia & Hong Kong to follow in June.
Please note, there is a 4 ticket limit per customer. Patrons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all orders and tickets cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, credit card number or other information.
