Hello I'm new here...

Alrighty then, I thought I might introduce myself. I had been lurking around here just before the whole forum dying thing, and figured that I would register hwen things are back to normal. I think they seem to be normal now so I figure it's safe to post :P

Yeah my names josh and I'm from Australia. My musical tastes are as follows: Jeff Buckley (I can't get enough of his music), The Prayer Boat/Emmett Tinley (I've got some of their music but I want to much more), RHCP (everybody loves these guys right. They got alot of cool stuff), Dream Theater (more heavy kind of music, but I like alot of thir stuff), Coldplay (They just keep getting better. Can't wait for their new album), Ben Harper (he's just cool), and also recently Damien Rice (I just love his style of music, and he has some great songs).
I like alot more, but I guess they are my favourites right now.

I used to be on the lastgoodbye.org forums, but the site hasn't been up yet, so I can't really go their. I know Angela is form there, so thats cool.

So yes... hi from me.

Im liking your taste in music, I dont have much dream theater stuff, only a few of their songs, im tryna decide whether i like their stuff enough to actually buy an album!

Yes I am another Emmett Tinley fan, I think you can blame Angela for that on the lastgoodbye.org board. I heard some live stuff and had to get more. I have found that I really love irish singers, and it's a pity I live so far away. Someday I shall visit that cool place. I'm really looking forward to hearing Emmett's new album, it's been a bit of a wait.

Jebus: Yeah Dream Theater are cool. I like their softer songs the most. If you are thinking of buying an album, I suggest 'Scenes From A Memory. It's like a story thing, and is really cool. 'Awake' is my second favourite album.'

(i havent seen damo live yet... i know, i know its a sin considering i live in ireland...)

Hey everybody, yeah I will check out those other bands music. It'll be cool to hear what they sound like. I have found myself loving Coldplay alot recently - I think it's cos their new album is coming out soon.

Also there are so many people from Ireland here. That is so cool

I have downloaded some of The Frames music and they are really cool. I am getting some Bell X1 music also, and I imagine they are good too. I know downloading music is illegal, but it is encouraging me to buy thieir albums, which I will probably do.

Oh and snowbaby, I spent a little time looking for Damien O'Rourke, when I should have been looking for Declan O'Rourke :P He sounds good too.

So yes I think I do love irish music, so thats cool.
